About the Presenter

Dr. Sarah Thompson is a Geriatric Psychiatrist originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She received her medical training at Dalhousie Medical School, Psychiatry Residency at University of Toronto and a Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship at UBC. She has been practicing as a Geriatric Psychiatrist in Saint John, New Brunswick since 2006. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Memorial University. Dr. Thompson’s practice is based at St. Joseph’s Hospital with the Seniors’ Mental Health Team. To
