This course aims to improve breathing capacity, flexibility, balance, posture and strength. Your own body weight takes you gently into each pose. Gentle yoga holistically disciplines the body, mind and spirit. Each lesson begins and ends with relaxation and meditation. Most of the lesson involves stretching, balancing and strengthening through yoga poses. Participants should bring their own yoga mat.
