Did you know that aerobic exercise fulfills only one part of your fitness requirements? You also need to work on strength, balance and stretching. In this class you will use Dyna Bands to create resistance, building muscle and bone. The activities in class will help your balance which will prevent falls. Each class will end with stretching and breathing exercises for flexibility and to expand lung capacity.
