Art and architecture have flourished in France for centuries and this series will offer an overview of outstanding examples of both. Highlights will include the Musee Marmottan Monet, Monet's garden at Giverny, the artist's colony at Barbizon, the fountains and the Hameau at Versailles and a selection of the magnificent chateaux of the Loire valley and other areas.
