Are you 55 years or older and struggling with loneliness and isolation? This one hour online course offered by the Canadian Mental Health Association will explore the experience of loneliness and focus on the differences between loneliness and isolation and solitude. Strategies to manage loneliness will be shared and discussed. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration.

This one hour online course offered by the Canadian Mental Health Association will explore the signs and symptoms and the different kinds of mental health issues that a person may experience as they age. Strategies to improve your well-being will be shared and also resources available to help will be provided. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone.
